Welcome to Squatio.com (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a SaaS tool designed to support Amazon FBA sellers with product research, keyword tracking, and competitor analysis. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Squatio.com. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Squatio offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro, Lifetime) with varying features and pricing.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Lifetime access is valid for the lifetime of the platform, not the user.
5. Use of Services
- You agree to use Squatio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Amazon’s policies.
- You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform’s tools or data.
- We reserve the right to limit or revoke access for misuse or violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, tools, and software on Squatio.com are owned by Squatio Inc. or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Data & Privacy
- We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use it for service delivery and improvement.
8. Third-Party Integrations
- Squatio may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Chrome extensions, proxy providers).
- We are not responsible for the functionality or data handling of third-party tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Squatio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business resulting from use of the platform.
10. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law

13. Refund Policy
Lifetime and Unlimited Access Plans: Due to the nature of our Lifetime and Unlimited Access plans, which grant immediate and unrestricted access to all platform features from the moment of purchase, these plans are non-refundable. By subscribing to these plans, customers acknowledge and agree that they are receiving full value from day one, and therefore waive any right to claim a refund.
Annual Subscription Plans: Customers subscribed to annual plans may request cancellation at any time. In such cases, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, using the prevailing monthly subscription rate (not the discounted annual rate). This ensures fair usage accounting for the period of access already granted.
For example, if a user cancels after 4 months, the refund will be calculated as: Annual Fee – (Monthly Rate × 4 months) = Refund Amount
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at [support@squatio.com] with your registered email and transaction details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Note: Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension or denial of future access.
SaaS (Software as a Service) License Agreement (End User License)
1. License Grant
Squatio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Do not share login credentials.
- Do not use the platform for illegal or unethical scraping.
- Do not modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights remain with Squatio Inc. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the platform.
4. API & Proxy Usage
If you use our proxy or scraping modules:
- You must comply with applicable laws and Amazon’s terms.
- You are responsible for how you use third-party data.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license for breach of terms, misuse, or non-payment.
