Welcome to Squatio.com (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a SaaS tool designed to support Amazon FBA sellers with product research, keyword tracking, and competitor analysis. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Squatio.com. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Squatio offers tiered subscription plans (such as Starter, Pro, and Elite), available on monthly or annual billing, each with its own features and pricing.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full 12-month term at a discounted rate and include access to your plan’s features for that entire term.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Except as described in our Refund Policy (Section 13), payments are non-refundable.

5. Use of Services

• You agree to use Squatio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Amazon’s policies.
• You may not reverse-engineer, resell, misuse, or exploit the platform’s tools or data in any unauthorized manner.
• Squatio reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, tools, and software on Squatio.com are owned by Squatio Inc. or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

• We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use it for service delivery and improvement.

8. Third-Party Integrations

• Squatio may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Chrome extensions, proxy providers).
• We are not responsible for the functionality or data handling of third-party tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Squatio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business resulting from use of the platform.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Refund Policy & Cancellations

• Your prepaid term is yours to keep. Each subscription payment covers a fixed term — a single month, or for annual plans the full 12 months you pay for upfront. You’re entitled to your plan’s full features for the entire period you’ve paid for.
• Cancellations. You’re welcome to cancel at any time. When you do, your plan stays active with full access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and simply won’t renew after that. Because you continue to enjoy everything you paid for until the term ends, payments for the current term are non-refundable.
• Upgrades & downgrades. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. If you move to a lower-priced plan, the change is scheduled for your next renewal — you keep your current plan and its features until then, and the new, lower price applies from the following billing cycle. No mid-cycle charge or credit is involved.
• Requesting a refund. We understand that circumstances can change. While payments for the current term are non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund on an annual plan as a goodwill gesture. Where we do, it is calculated fairly on a pro-rata basis at the standard monthly rate (rather than the discounted annual rate) — for example, Annual Fee − (Monthly Rate × full months used). Simply reach out to our team at [email protected] with your registered email and transaction details, and we’ll be glad to help.
• A note on fairness. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. Repeated misuse of this goodwill policy may affect eligibility for future refunds or access.

14. Trademarks & Third-Party Affiliation

• Squatio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
• "Amazon", "Amazon.com", and related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

15. Data Accuracy & No Warranty

• Data and metrics provided by Squatio — including search volume, sales estimates, revenue estimates, CPC, BSR-derived figures, and competitor insights — are aggregated and estimated market intelligence provided for informational purposes only.
• Such figures are not official Amazon data and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You should independently verify information before making business decisions, and Squatio is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the data.
