What's the difference between profit margin and ROI?

ROI (return on investment) is net profit divided by your cost of goods, showing how much you earn relative to what you spent to acquire the product. A low-price, low-margin product can still have a high ROI if the cost of goods is very low.

Break-even price is the sale price at which profit is exactly $0, given your fixed per-unit costs (COGS, FBA fee, shipping, other costs) and a referral fee that scales with price. It's calculated as fixed costs divided by (1 minus the referral fee rate).
